For the past 5 years, I have been tutoring students ​and helping them reach their educational goals and ​milestones. I love to create interactive and fun ​ways for students to engage with their work by ​developing lessons that are uniquely personalized ​to heighten their strengths and interests, all while ​setting reasonable expectations to encourage their ​academic growth and success. Connecting with my ​students is where I find much success, as they ​begin to grow more comfortable communicating ​what might be more challenging for them, as well ​as what they enjoy learning. Depending on the ​students needs, I coordinate and plan weekly ​studies and lesson plans or assist in homework ​assignments. I primarily tutor students in English ​and Writing, but also teach Mathematics, Science, ​and History, in conjunction with common core ​standards. Under my tutoring, students have ​displayed improved grades and greater ​comprehension. It brings me great joy to nurture ​young minds and help students of all ages reach ​their full potential.
