Course Overview:

Open to all boys and girls in 2nd-5th grade. This course ​will have students working up a sweat and moving to the​ beat of their own drum. Students will embark on a​ dynamic dance journey, exploring the exciting fusion of​ Hip Hop, Jazz, and Ballroom styles. Through engaging​ lessons and choreography, students will develop​ coordination, rhythm, musicality, and confidence while​ learning fundamental dance techniques. The semester​ will culminate in a fun-filled performance showcasing​ their newfound skills and creativity. Join this fusion​ frenzy and earn PE credits!​

6th-8th Grade

Course Overview:

Open to all students in the 6th-8th grade looking for a ​creative outlet to let loose and have fun. Students will ​dive into the exciting world of dance fusion, blending ​the dynamic styles of Hip Hop, Jazz, and Ballroom. ​Through rigorous technique training, choreography, ​and performance opportunities, students will develop ​strength, flexibility, coordination, and artistic ​expression. This semester-long course will culminate ​in a captivating performance showcasing their mastery ​of various dance styles and collaborative spirit. Join ​this fusion frenzy and earn PE credits!

6th-8th Grade

English & Creative Writing

Course Overview:

Students will develop strong writing skills by focusing ​on organization, clarity, and effective use of language. ​This dynamic course, designed for students in grades ​6-8, utilizes the IEW Structure and Style for Students ​(SSS) program to equip them with the tools to ​become confident and effective writers. Through a ​combination of video instruction led by the engaging ​Andrew Pudewa, hands-on exercises, and engaging ​writing projects, students will develop a strong ​foundation in sentence structure, paragraph ​development, essay organization, vocabulary ​expansion, and critical thinking.

Tuition: $360 or $415 including textbooks

9th-12th Grade​

Course Overview:

This course is designed to enhance students' writing ​abilities through a rigorous study of structure and ​style. Using the Institute for Excellence in Writing's ​Structure and Style for Students: Year 1, Level C as a ​foundation, students will develop a strong command ​of the English language while exploring their ​creative potential. Through a combination of ​instruction, practice, and feedback, students will ​learn to write clearly, effectively, and persuasively. ​Students will learn to analyze and imitate various ​writing styles, developing their own unique voice. ​This course is designed to prepare students for ​success in college-level writing and beyond!

Tuition: $360 or $415 including textbooks

2nd-6th Grade

Course Overview:

This course provides academic support and ​guidance to students in grades 2-6 as they navigate ​their homework assignments. With a focus on ​building study skills and confidence, the instructor ​will assist students in understanding and completing ​their homework independently. This program ​emphasizes a supportive and encouraging ​environment where students can ask questions, seek ​clarification, and receive constructive feedback. By ​fostering a love of learning, we aim to empower ​students to become self-sufficient learners and ​achieve academic success.

Tuition: $599

*These pods will be held upon parents’ request with a ​minimum of 5 students in each pod.
